The homeowner or a representative must be present at the time of service to sign a liability waiver. We cannot provide an exact time for when a group of volunteers will be at your property, as it depends on the number of volunteers available. If you need us to contact another person (i.e. Child, Caregiver, someone who will be at the house while the volunteers are there) please put their contact info in any special requests field. 

Harter's Quick Clean-Up is donating their time to collect yard waste, including grass clippings, leaves, and weeds. All yard waste bags must be places where Harter's has picked up yard waste in the past at the homeowner's house and will be picked up by Wednesday, May 7. Brush pick-up will align with the City of La Crosse Brush Week. Please ensure that bundles are placed on the boulevard for the City of La Crosse to collect from the property.

We cannot wash any windows that require a ladder, the volunteers must be able to reach the windows from the ground.

Once we have received 200 recipients, a wait list will be created in case of cancellation. Please fill out the questions, and we will contact you if you are placed on the list. Thank you for your understanding.
