Deconstruct with us! Volunteer with the ReClaim team and carefully salvage usable items from homes and businesses, diverting material from the landfill. Unless otherwise noted there's a bathroom on site, bring lunch or eat in area.
Wed Sept 3 (10am to 3:30pm) and Thurs Sept 4 (8:30am to 3pm) we're at Grandview Hospital removing glass handles, hardware and miscellaneous doors. Up to 8 volunteers needed. This building is pretty hot on the inside so bring plenty of water; we'll provide hard hats and vests, pants required.
Fri Sept 5 at 1:00pm we're at Mayo St Ann's loading the box truck with loose cabinets from the hospital for an hour or so. 3 volunteers needed, parking available behind buildings on 11th St side, not Market.
