Habitat for Humanity of the Greater La Crosse Region is one of over 100 organizations helping assemble and take down the Rotary Lights Display at Riverside Park downtown. On Tuesday January 6 we're assigned to volunteer; we will need 6 people from 9:00am to 12:30pm and another 6 people from 12:30pm to 4:00pm.
🎄 Volunteers must be over 16 years old. Please limit cellphone use while in the park.
🎄 Closed toed shoes are required. Dress in layers: the warmer the better.
🎄 Park on Front Street or in one of the ramps. Avoid E Veterans Memorial Dr as equipment will need room to navigate.
🎄 Report to the Rotary's Volunteer Trailer for specific tasks when you arrive for your shift. The morning volunteers will receive lunch before they leave; the afternoon volunteers should eat lunch before they arrive at the park.
Habitat will also be decorating a tree that will be on display through December. In the spring of 2026 one of our Habitat staff will attend a Rotary meeting to accept our donation. Thanks in advance for your support, volunteers!
